Refunds:
You can request a refund within 30-days of receiving your Air Gummy. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via Pos Laju. Upon receiving your package and inspecting it, your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. A RM 5 return processing fee will be applied to the total amount that was paid for the order.
Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges. You can request an exchange within 30-days of receiving your Air Gummy. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via Pos Laju. Once your exchange has been received, we will begin processing your updated order.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 30-days. We'll provide the instructions to receive a new replacement or a full refund.
Damaged Products:
We've gone through countless hours of quality control testing and found that under normal use, even after months of wear, the slides will not get ripped nor torn. Hence, we are not liable for any products that are damaged (ie. ripped, torn, broken) after being worn, therefore we do not refund/exchange/replace if it's due to customer's negligence.
